At Quincy Brewing Company, the focus is simple: make great beer and bring people together.

From Idea to Opening
After years of homebrewing and planning, Tieraney Craig and her husband Josh made the leap.
“We pulled the trigger on three buildings, renovated the entire complex, and opened in October 2019.”
What started as an idea became a full-scale brewery and gathering space, built with intention from day one.

Community First, Beer Second
“Community is number one,” Tieraney says. “The beer needs to be good but after that, it’s about helping people connect.”
That mindset drives everything they do, from events to collaborations.

A Standout Collaboration
One of their most popular beers reflects that approach.
“Electric Cream Ale is a consistent top five,” she shares. “We use cold brew from a local partner and infuse it with vanilla.”
It’s simple, approachable, and rooted in local collaboration.
Apparel That Matches the Brand
Quincy Brewing Company treats merchandise the same way they treat beer, quality first.
“We wanted a stitched leather patch that holds up… there aren’t many who do it at this level.”
Their approach is practical: test different styles, double down on what sells, and avoid over ordering.
“If a hat doesn’t sell, we’re not stuck. If it does, we order more.”

What Customers Say
“We’ve had nothing but positive reviews. People see something they like and ask for more.”
That demand has made apparel a strong extension of the brand, both inside the taproom and out in the community.

What’s Next
“Expansion,” Tieraney says. “We’re adding an event space and moving into local distribution.”
Quincy Brewing Company keeps it tight: good beer, strong community, and smart growth decisions.
