If you are using our Design Studio, your mock-up is INSTANT! Design on the spot and check out after seeing your creation.

If your idea or order is a bit more complex, fill out an inquiry form & upload your art file with Request-a-Quote to receive a complimentary digital mock-up in 24-48 hours. An ALPCo Advisor will help you complete an order from there.

  • Disclaimer: Artwork submitted as non-vector files may extend your mock-up turnaround time, as more correspondence may be needed to obtain proper artwork. Photographs of mock-ups or physical samples may be requested at a nominal fee. These requests may also extend order completion time.

We will need a black and white image of your logo in a high resolution format such as PDF, AI, EPS, or JPG.  Photographs, logos with color gradients, and low resolution files will not be accepted. We offer a design service charge for $60/hour or we recommend websites such as for design support.

Nope! You are not limited to just a rectangle with ALPCo. Pick a classic shape or request a custom shape that compliments your design on your Request-a-Quote form here. Learn more about our patches from our patch guide.

If you are using the Design Studio and would like the shape of your patch to match your logo, please CONTACT US here and request a "die-cut" shape.

Possibilities are endless, so If you can't find the exact hat, patch shape or color you want in our little Design Studio, we recommend working with an ALPCo Advisor to help put together an order of exactly what you like.

Of course! Contact us with the brand, style number and color of hat you’d like and we will be happy to see if we can purchase it. We work with 10+ vendors - we always say if we can get it blank we will decorate it for our clients!

When ordering with an ALPCo Advisor, through our Request-a-Quote form, all four of our leather options are available: our standard natural veg-tan, a dark brown oil-tan, a dyed chestnut and a black oil-tan. 

When working in our Design Studio to receive an instant mock-up/check out, we currently only offer two leather options are available (Natural & Dark Brown). You will see this option after choosing a blank product to decorate.

We recommend a gentle detergent on a delicate wash cycle or hand washing the products and AIR DRYING. Heat drying may damage or warp the leather patch.


A standard order will take about 2-3 weeks from the payment date to complete. Larger orders may take 3-4 weeks.   We offer RUSH services for additional fees – but services may be limited during high volume seasons.

 If an item you have selected is backordered, we will contact you to see if you would like to choose another item OR if you would like to order and wait for the product to become available. We will not know the exact re-stock date but will give you our best estimate based on the information provided by our vendors. If you choose to wait, you will be required to pay for the backordered item, as we must pre-order it from our vendor, to guarantee the purchase. Clients are also responsible for additional shipping charges on backordered items if the item ships separately from your original order, which may happen in multiple batches.

We do offer international shipping. Clients must pay for international shipping and any added costs that may apply to their order. Once the package has left our shop it is the client’s responsibility to track the order (if tracking was requested), which pertains to all orders.


Our invoicing system accepts credit cards, debit cards and ACH transfers which can be paid directly through the link found on your invoice. We also accept cash and check payments for orders placed with an ALPCo Advisor.

Orders placed in the Design Studio may pay with credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, PayPal and Shop Pay.

  • All orders will be completed 2-4 weeks after payment date unless otherwise stated.


One hat!

You can order 1 or 1,000+ hats. The base price is dependent on the quantity you order – additional price variants could include hat style, leather color, stitching style, etc.


Currently, the easiest way to select various hat styles & colors to meet price breaks is to work with an ALPCo Advisor. For example, you can choose 6 Standard hats and 6 Premium hats to receive the 12-35 hat price break. Begin with our Request-a-Quote form.

  • You can meet quantity breaks by ordering through our Design Studio but AT THIS TIME you are limited to selecting one hat style at a time. We are continuing to develop this software and offerings.

Adhesive Patches

We do not offer stitching on patches with adhesive backing. If you would like a patch with stitching, please place a traditional order with us here and we'd be happy to help from start to finish.

We suggest starting with the manufacturers settings and adjust from there. We will add a couple extra patches in your order to assist with finding the appropriate settings.

Adhesive Patches are meant for shops or individuals with the ability to heat press patches onto products themselves. We are sticking to what we do best, and that is stitched leather patches on products, so we will not be offering heat press services.
