Boot Barn

We were hired to make custom leather patch hats in Boot Barn's Booth at the 2024 International Builders Show.

The Goal

To attract quality leads to their booth and have attendees fill out a Boot Barn Survey.

Strategy

Boot Barn provided 500+ hats with their logo embroidered onto the side. Our job was to create custom leather patches with attendee provided logos and stitch them onto the front of the hats. Boot Barn would then be associated with the company thru this hat and will also serve as a gentle reminder to shop at Boot Barn.

Process

Attendees scanned a QR code that took them to a survey for Boot Barn. Boot Barn created this survey to gather data for future use. Once an attendee completed a survey, they qualified for a free custom leather patch hat which we made on the spot.

Results

We were the most popular booth in the building. Attendees were blown away by the fact they could walk away with a custom hat with THEIR logo on it. We had a line down the hallway and Boot Barn was able to engage with attendees. We gave away every hat we had which translated in 500+ quality leads.

Platinum Performance

We were hired to add a custom leather patch to vests that clients earned when making a qualified purchase at the 2023 AAEP Convention, their biggest show of the year.

The Goal

Platinum wanted to add a custom touch to their annual giveaway vests to "wow" their clients and provide them with something unique that truly set them apart from their competition.

Process

We previously planned font style, size and placement with Platinum. When clients made a qualified ordered with a Platinum Advisor, they would then select their vest size & desired text. ALPCo would then etch and stitch the custom leather patch onto the vest and the Platinum team staffed the pick up area for additional client engagement.
