We don't use faux leather and we don't simply heat press the patch onto the hat. Our leather patches are made from real leather and stitched directly to the hat.

This is one reason simpler logos often work extremely well on hats.

How Much Does 3D Puff Embroidery Cost?
For designs that work with the process, 3D puff embroidery adds $1 per hat to our standard embroidery pricing.
Puff embroidery places foam underneath the embroidery stitches to raise portions of the design off the hat.

Very small text, thin lines and complicated details are usually better suited for standard embroidery.

Instead of engraving the logo with a laser, we create a custom metal die and physically press the design into genuine leather.
There are currently two primary looks:

Branded/Debossed: +$1.00 per hat
There is also a one-time $150 custom die investment per design.
We keep the die for future orders, so you do not need to purchase a new die every time you reorder the same design.
