Trick or Treat Rules

**Official Rules: Authentic Leather Patch Co.. Trick-or-Treat Giveaway**
**1. Eligibility:**
   - The Authentic Leather Patch Co. Trick-or-Treat Giveaway (the "Promotion") is open to residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
   - Employees of Authentic Leather Patch Co., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate.
   - The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
**2. Promotion Period:**
   - The Promotion begins on Friday, October 25, 2024 at 12:00 AM Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on Thursday, October 31, 2024 at 11:59 PM PT (the "Promotion Period").
**3. How to Enter:**
   - No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
   - Website Pop Up: Visitors to https://leatherpatchcompany.com during the Promotion Period can enter email address in a pop-up to receive one entry into the drawing. Please be sure pop-ups are enabled on your browser.
   - Email list: Authentic Leather Patch Co. will send an email invitation to current clients inviting them to click a link to receive one free entry into the Promotion. Upon clicking the link, clients will be directed to a page listing the prizes.
   - Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
**4. Prize Details:**
   - There will be 13 prizes ("Treats") awarded in this Promotion. One (1) prize will be awarded to each winner. The total approximate retail value ("ARV") of all prizes is $401.97.
   - The specific prizes and their values are: 
  • One (1) "Tri-Color Tote" with Custom Leather Patch of your logo. ARV: $30.00.
  • Two (2) "Starbucks Gift Card". ARV: $25.00 each. 
  • Two (2) "Packs of Four (4) Custom Leather Coasters" with your logo. ARV: $16.00 per pack.
  • Two (2) "Golf Towel & Drink Sleeve Bundle" with Custom Leather Patch with your logo. Color selection not available. ARV: $25.00 per bundle.
  • Two (2) "Fanny Pack" with Custom Leather Patch with your logo. ARV: $20.00 each.
  • Two (2) "Mexican Blanket" with Custom Leather Patch with your logo. Winner will be informed of color availability and may select from available colors. ARV: $39.99
  • One (1) "Apron" with Custom Leather Patch with your logo. Winner will be informed of color availability and may select from available colors. ARV: $39.99
  • One (1) "Carhartt Vest" with Custom Leather Patch with your logo. Color: Black. Winner will have the opportunity to select their preferred size (subject to availability). ARV: $80.00
  - Some prizes may be provided by third-party sponsors. Authentic Leather Patch Co. is not affiliated with these sponsors, and their trademarks are used solely for prize identification purposes. 
**5. Winner Selection and Notification:**
   - Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Authentic Leather Patch Co. within seven days following the end of the Promotion Period.
   - Winners will be notified via email within three days of the drawing. Winners must respond to the notification email within 7 days to claim their prize.
   - For prizes that include a custom leather patch, Winners will work with an Authentic Leather Patch Co. Team Advisor for artwork approval.
   - If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time period, or fails to comply with any other term of these Official Rules, the potential winner forfeits the prize.
   - Prize will be shipped to winner. US Shipping only. Authentic Leather Patch Co. is not responsible for lost, damaged or delayed items once they have left our shop.
**6. General Conditions:**
   - By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Authentic Leather Patch Co., which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.
   - Authentic Leather Patch Co.. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.
   - Authentic Leather Patch Co. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
**7. Publicity.**
   -Except where prohibited, participation in the Instant Win Game constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for Instant Win Game purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
**8. Privacy:**

**9. Winners List:**
   - For a list of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Authentic Leather Patch Co. Trick-or-Treat Giveaway - Winners List, 85 Industrial Way STE C, Buellton, CA 93427. Requests must be received within fourteen (14) days following the end of the Promotion Period.
