Absolutely — we highly recommend it. Visiting our shop lets you try on a wide range of hat styles, explore materials and colorways in person, and talk directly with our team about your project. You’ll also get a behind-the-scenes look at how your custom hats are made.
Dropping by is fine but setting an appointment can ensure the right person will be there to assist you.
You can order as little as 1 for leather patch hats and we have a minimum of 12 for embroidery per hat or garment color and thread color variation.
Most orders are completed in about 2–4 weeks after artwork approval. Timing can vary depending on hat availability, order size, and season.
Absolutely. We provide digital mockups for approval and can produce a physical sample when needed so you feel confident before moving forward.

We do our best to match colors as closely as possible using thread charts, leather options, and placement testing. We’ll guide you through approvals to ensure everything looks right.
Sometimes, yes. Rush availability depends on production schedule and hat inventory, so the earlier you reach out, the better. Rush fees will apply.
