How it works- The Long Version

Once you’ve verified you’re eligible to participate, choose a hat from our available options, select a patch shape and color, then upload your patch design, . Once a mock-up has been approved, we’ll add it to our webstore to promote your business and hat!  You reach out to your loyal clients and followers to let them know how they can support you. We will take care of the rest!

Each hat purchased will be made and shipped within 1-2 weeks from the date of purchase.  Our deadline for Open Registration for Here For Good – Edition One is April 30th at 5pm PST.  We are hopeful that plans to return to business will be closer each day, but are exploring how to run multiple editions of this opportunity to help support as many small businesses as we can!  We will launch additional open registrations for further Editions dependent on the everchanging state of the world.  Businesses will get paid every Saturday morning that the campaign is running.

For these runs, you will be able to select from styles and colors that we know we can get from our vendors with ease at this time.  If you find clients are interested in buying your hat but in a different color/style, collect that information for a future order – this campaign is designed to bring immediate financial support to those in need, and is not designed for custom requests.  If the hat you have listed becomes unavailable, we will contact you immediately to replace your item with a new one.

Depending on the response to this opportunity, we will do our very best to help promote your business through our own social media channels.  Most of the promotion will be dependent on YOU.  We will provide the product image that will be displayed on our website with links that your clients can use to make the purchase. Encourage them to spread the word!! This campaign is designed to help YOU get YOUR brand circulated and supported!

Some other ideas to help increase traction and success of your Here For Good campaign:

  • Choose a special hat color for this “short run” of hats, and give people a small discount for wearing the hat to your store (once it re-opens)
  • Provide participants with an online purchase discount code for posting an image of them wearing their Here For Good hat on social media 
  • Offer to feature participants in a repost raffle
