COVID-19 Measures and Supply Chain Status

 DISCLAIMER (Updated Aug 2021): Due to a disruption in the global supply chain, many popular hat styles and colors are Backordered. Our vendors have informed us that they are working toward solutions but we have been experiencing abnormal delays on blank inventory arrival. 

We will do our best to inform you of the most up-to-date stock information, but the information is constantly changing and updating. If something you have ordered has suddenly become out of stock, a team member will get in touch with you to offer an option to replace the item or Backorder the item (FEES MAY APPLY).  For the fastest way to have a complete order and to avoid additional fees, we suggest ordering items that are in-stock. Backordered dates provided are subject to change.

COVID MESSAGE UPDATE - December 7, 2020

Due to the COVID rollbacks to the purple tier in the state of California on November 16th, 2020 and the new mandatory "STAY AT HOME" order that went in to effect for Southern California December 6th, 2020, we have had to make significant modifications to our entire operation.  We will continue to do our best, but we cannot guarantee orders will go out before our holiday shop closure dates of December 23rd - January 3rd, 2021. 

We are fulfilling and shipping orders as quickly as we can given the current circumstances.  We appreciate your patience and support during these uncertain times.

COVID UPDATE - March 2020

Like so many of you, we at Authentic Leather Patch Company are working hard to keep our workplace safe and our team healthy during this challenging period.

In accordance with an Executive Order issued by the State of California on March 19, 2020, everyone is required to stay home except for essential services providing critical infrastructure for the state for the foreseeable future.  Providing our clients a high quality product in a timely manner with the best customer service is the heartbeat of our business, but taking care of the employees who help make this possible has clearly become our top priority.

Beginning March 23, our shop will be closed.

We have implemented increased cleaning and sanitation of work areas. Turnaround dates will likely be longer than expected – but we are tirelessly working on completing orders that have already been paid and processed. 

Our supply chain partners throughout the world are facing these same challenges and have assured us they are following similar practices to keep their staff healthy and facilities open to support business needs. So far, this has been the case for our out of state hat suppliers and natural leather hide suppliers. 

Our California suppliers are facing similar challenges as we are, and have had to follow the difficult order to either limit their business significantly or close their businesses all together.  The result of this would mean that there could be a delay in the production and shipping of your order.  We will reach out to you, if there are any issues with supply for your order. 

We know that the virus and national measures being taken to control it will adversely impact all businesses.  We will keep our customers informed of any changes as promptly as we can. 

As small business owners, we never can predict what the future holds for us. In this unpredictable time, we will follow the same measures we have been practicing since beginning of the endeavor of starting a business - we will have the most positive attitude even in challenging times, we will approach solving problems with an open mind and heart, and we will be thoughtful and kind.
